Service Description

1.89A Mountain Bike Use in the workplace (Green, Blue grade trails, less than 2.5km or 30min walk from communication or public highway). Which we deliver to the OGB37 guidelines. Aims of the course: * To develop and understand the use of mountain bikes as part of work duties. * To develop an understanding of basic trailside fixes. * To identify and understand limits of equipment and own ability at this level. * To confirm competency at this level. Terrain used: * Forest Roads, Green, Blue & Red grade trails or natural trails to this grading. Course prerequisite: * An ability to ride a bike. * Some experience of off road riding. * Knowledge of organisational lone working procedures. * Knowledge of Incident management. * Outdoor First Aid.
